  596.   city, the Weather Watcher icon will flash in the system
  597.   tray -or- the popup balloon will be displayed by the tray
  598.   con (if Weather Watcher is minimized).  When the tray icon
  599.   is clicked, the system tray icon will return to its
  600.   normal state.

  603.   Conditions area, right under the link to Singer's Creations

  614.   The weather data used by Weather Watcher comes from
  615.   different sources on the Internet.  The major source of the
  616.   data is retrieved from www.weather.com.  The weather data
  617.   is not generated or owned by Singer's Creations.

  619.   You may ask "how is this legal"?  Weather Watcher pulls
  620.   the weather data from the Internet via Microsoft's
  621.   Internet Explorer.  There is no difference between you
  622.   using the IE web browser directly and Weather Watcher's use
  623.   of the IE web browser.
